Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our team in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This position is responsible for operating commercial vehicles and various types of equipment to support daily operations. Candidates must possess a valid CDL and have a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork. Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required.

Pay: $22 - $24 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM with Occasional Saturday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers, excavators, backhoe or other heavy equipment as needed.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet company driving standards.
• Equipment operating experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
