How you will Make an Impact

Your main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

• Drive development of our clients’ Transfer Pricing policies, strategies and supporting documentation, as well as analysing tax treaties.
• Perform economic and financial analyses, as well as more complex modelling (valuations of companies and intangible property) based on Deloitte training;
• Working with all TP methodologies.
• Reviewing valuations in the context of business reorganizations.
• Developing audit defence strategies, analysing options for dispute resolution.
• Attribution of profits to permanent establishments.

Let’ s Talk About You

You hold a Bachelors’ or Masters degree in preferably economics, finance, law or accounting. You are a Transfer Pricing specialist with 3-4 years of experience. You have significant depth and breath of Transfer Pricing expertise. Preference will be given to candidates with experience within a global accounting or law firm.

Your Leadership and Professional skills:

• Have an excellent command of English, both in writing and verbally
• Consistently acts in compliance with Deloitte's client and engagement acceptance processes and policies and seeks inputs from appropriate stakeholders.
• Builds productive relationships within and across teams; works with others across Deloitte as one team, sharing information and expertise.

Your Specialized skills:

• Staying well informed on upcoming Transfer Pricing and tax legislative developments, including proposed changes, and the potential impacts on clients.
• Recognizing opportunities to deliver Transfer Pricing technology solutions to clients.
• Experience in economic and financial analysis.
• Contributing to discussions on, and articulating the Transfer Pricing impact of business restructurings and any other advisory projects;
• Demonstrating detailed understanding of local/domestic Transfer Pricing rules and the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines;
• Applying technical knowledge of current transfer pricing and related rules, proposed rules and what their implications are on client engagements;
• Understanding and clearly explaining Transfer Pricing service offerings and how they address our clients’ needs.
