About the role

We are pleased to advertise this Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager position (4-5 years’ experience) on behalf of our collaborator in Athens. The opportunity allows candidates to join a dynamic Tax Advisory team within a leading organization., who will play a pivotal role in managing complex intercompany pricing projects for a diverse portfolio of multinational clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in transfer pricing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Key duties & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of Transfer Pricing projects, coordinating workstreams and ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and reports.
  • Support the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies.
  • Conduct financial and economic analyses for related-party transactions.
  • Assist in managing audits and responding to queries from tax authorities.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, finance, and legal).
  • Stay up to date with OECD guidelines and Greek transfer pricing regulations.

Requirements

What you bring

We are looking for a professional who aligns with our values and has the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, or Economics) will be considered a strong asset.
  • Experience 4-5 years of dedicated transfer pricing or international tax experience.
  • Tecnhical Knowledge Deep understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines and Greek regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Language Proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Time & Project Management Well-developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle competing priorities effectively.
  • Professionalism & Integrity Commitment to confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information. Maintains a high standard of ethics and discretion.
