Starting Pay: $20/hour

Job Type: Full-Time, Day Shift (Occasional Weekends May Be Required)

About the Position - Transfer Operator
As a Transfer Operator, you'll be responsible for safely transferring bulk products, including chemicals, between railcars and tanker trucks. This is a hands-on, physically engaging role ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Most work is performed during a regular daytime schedule, though occasional weekends may be required due to rail and product delivery timing.

Clean-shaven requirement: This safety-sensitive position requires employees to remain clean-shaven when respirator use is needed.

Key Responsibilities - Transfer Operator
• Operate transfer equipment (pumps, hoses, valves) to move products safely and efficiently
• Set up, secure, and inspect equipment prior to transfer operations
• Perform heating, temperature checks, sparging, sampling, and quality checks
• Climb ladders up to 20 feet and manage hoses and rigging in all weather conditions
• Complete accurate transfer logs, manifests, and inspection documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (chemical suits, gloves, respirators, face protection)

Qualifications
