  • Manage material movements, inventory transactions, batch creation, and production reporting within SAP/MERP and MES systems.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for material transfers, packaging, labeling, loading, unloading, and shipments, including GHS and LIMS labels.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound railcar and trailer activities, including shipment documentation and communication with transportation partners such as CSX.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to communicate production updates, resolve discrepancies, and support timely material availability.

Data Management & Process Improvement

  • Analyze operational data, reconcile transactions, investigate variances, and maintain accurate production and inventory records.
  • Generate daily production reports, schedules, and performance updates to support informed operational decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Support system enhancements by developing process documentation, creating training materials, and providing end-user training on SAP/MERP and MES functionality.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on operational improvements, special projects, and other business priorities.
  • Provide cross-functional coverage and support for other Information Specialist and Distribution activities as needed.
