Serving as a central communication hub, this role ensures timely, efficient, and clinically appropriate patient placement by collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, bed management teams, and administrative leaders across the organization.

The Transfer Center RN utilizes advanced clinical assessment, rapid decision-making, and triage skills to evaluate patient needs, determine the appropriate level of care, and coordinate admissions and transfers across multiple service lines.
