Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Transfer Agent – Daily Operations professional. You will process Italian retail investors’ transactions in UCITS Funds, work closely as part of a team, manage multiple tasks and contribute to the development of the department. The role involves significant contact with ManCos (SGRs), local Distributors and other internal groups within State Street.

The team you will be joining is part of Transfer Agency Operations, a function that is vital to the company because it ensures the timely and accurate processing of investor transactions in accordance with Fund deadlines, offering documents and documented operating procedures, while supporting ManCos (SGRs) and Distributors.

What you will be responsible for

As a Transfer Agent – Daily Operations professional, you will:

• Process trades accurately and on time in accordance with Fund deadlines, offering document provisions and documented operating procedures.
• Provide strong support in responding to requests from ManCos (SGRs) and Distributors.
• Cooperate effectively and efficiently with colleagues to meet team objectives, especially during periods of high operational volumes.
• Rapidly and proactively expand your knowledge of Transfer Agent activities.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

· Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Work Requirement

· Full time 8.30-17.00

Minimum Salary:​

€36,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the successful candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to base salary, employees may, subject to applicable local laws, company policies, and plan terms, be eligible for a country-aligned benefits package and may be considered, at the Company’s sole discretion, for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
