Descripción del empleo

Main functions:

  • Coordinate domestic export shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and trace shipments, providing updates and proactive solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in Expeditors’ systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Transcon department.
  • Meet compliance at all times with internal and external regulations in accordance with government requirements.
  • Understand department process flow and seek best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in place and updated in the DLSOP system.
  • Meet KPI standards in accordance with the company’s procedures.

Requisitos

Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or export operations required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

  • Studies: Logistics and transport, or related.
  • A command of and previous experience in Customer Service.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Computer skills for the use of Microsoft Office package (Intermediate Level).
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Proactive person.
