We are searching for the best talent for Transcend Plan & Source Planning Manager Surgery to be in Ciudad Juarez, Ethicon Inc.
Purpose:
We are seeking a Transcend Plan & Source Planning Manager to lead the design, integration, and deployment of planning capabilities across the Plan and Source value streams within the enterprise-wide Transcend transformation program.
This role acts as a key business integrator, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, and sourcing planning processes, and enabling scalable, standardized planning solutions.
You will collaborate with global stakeholders, Product Owners, IT teams, and regional partners to translate business needs into effective solutions across SAP S/4HANA and planning platforms.
You will be responsible for:
End-to-End Planning Integration
Drive alignment across demand, supply, and sourcing planning processes
Ensure seamless integration across Plan & Source value streams
Partner with Make and Deliver teams for cross-functional alignment
Solution Design & Validation
Lead Solution Confirmation activities across Surgery sites
Validate alignment of global Transcend design with business requirements
Identify risks, gaps, and support resolution through governance forums
Business Translation & Requirements
Define and validate business requirements for planning processes
Translate needs into system configurations and planning models
Act as liaison between Business, IT, and System Integrators
Deployment & Execution Leadership
Support deployment of planning capabilities (SAP S/4HANA and related tools)
Ensure readiness for SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live
Balance global standardization with local operational needs
Data & Planning Governance
Align master data (materials, sourcing, lead times, parameters)
Support data migration, validation, and mapping activities
Ensure traceability between business needs and system solutions
Stabilization & Continuous Improvement
Support post–go-live stabilization and adoption
Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
Drive standardization and continuous process enhancement
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement
Engage global, regional, and site stakeholders
Support training, communication, and change management efforts
Facilitate cross-functional decision-making
Performance Tracking
Define and track key planning KPIs (forecast accuracy, plan adherence, supply stability)
Drive data-driven decision making and improvements
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field
9+ years of experience in:
Supply chain planning
Procurement or IBP processes
Experience in global transformation or ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA, APO, OMP, Blue Yonder, etc.)
Strong understanding of demand & supply planning integration with sourcing
Experience working in cross-functional and global environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Preferred
Master’s degree
Experience in Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or highly regulated industries
Background in Engineering or technical disciplines
Leadership & Impact
Minimum 2+ years of people management experience
Ability to lead teams, influence decisions, and drive execution in complex environments
Experience managing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
Travel
