Are you our new Transactions & Investor Relations Expert?

The Transactions & Investor Relations Expert at Intrum in Athens will actively engage in portfolio transactions, investor relations, and business development activities across the organization. The role combines transaction execution, portfolio analysis, and stakeholder coordination, contributing to portfolio sales, securitization processes, and new servicing opportunities.

What will you do:

Transaction Management:

  • Ensure the execution of portfolio sale transactions and single-ticket disposals, covering preparation, coordination, and follow-through to closing
  • Manage due diligence processes, data rooms and liaise with legal, financial, and operational advisors to support timely transaction delivery
  • Prepare and review transaction materials including teasers, information memoranda, and investor presentations
  • Monitor transaction milestones and flag risks or deviations in a timely manner

SLA Management & Data Analysis:

  • Monitor SLA compliance related to transaction and investor reporting, ensuring all obligations are met accurately and on time
  • Conduct portfolio data analysis, covering performance, recovery trends, and market comparables, to support pricing and structuring decisions
  • Maintain reporting tools and dashboards tracking key KPIs
  • Prepare regular performance reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management and external stakeholders

Investor Relations & Business Development:

  • Support investor outreach efforts, including the coordination of meetings, roadshows, and follow-up communications under the guidance of senior team members
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials, proposals, and offering documents tailored to specific investor profiles and market opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, investor appetite, and competitive developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in client-facing interactions to help present Intrum Hellas’s servicing proposition and support the development of new portfolio servicing mandates

What we are looking for:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or related discipline
  • 5 years of experience in transactions, portfolio management, securitizations, consulting, banking, or related financial services environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret portfolio and performance data
  • Experience in transaction execution, due diligence coordination, or investor reporting processes will be considered an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Greek
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact across different functions and seniority levels
  • Commercial mindset with interest in investor relations, market trends, and business development activities
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
