Mō te tūranga | About the Role
Join a team where customer care meets operational excellence. As a Transactional Services Consultant at Westpac, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for both business and personal customers—delivering seamless, compliant, and customer-focused banking solutions.
This isn’t just a servicing role—it’s a chance to become a product expert. You’ll support high-value customers across a diverse range of offerings, including cards, merchant services, digital banking, and payment solutions. From onboarding financial products to resolving complex transactional queries, you’ll manage end-to-end fulfilment with precision and care.
You’ll work across internal teams and directly with clients to ensure every interaction is smooth, accurate, and meaningful—whether reviewing applications, maintaining business financial solutions, or escalating compliance concerns. If you thrive on detail, enjoy solving problems, and value collaboration, this is your opportunity to make banking easier, clearer, and more empowering.

To turn doing into done, it takes a little Westpac.
From rescue helicopters and signing the Equator Principles, to paying super during parental leave and initiatives like Westpac SaferPay and SafeCall that help protect customers from scams... we have a proud history of stepping up to be first for our customers, communities and people.
We are Australia’s oldest bank and first company and have been supporting customers for over 200 years.
Our purpose is creating better futures together – it’s what we do, who we are and why we come to work every day. With this purpose in mind, we’ve set ourselves a bold ambition - to be our customers’ #1 bank and partner through life.
