Our client, a highly regarded international law firm with a premier New York office, is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Paralegal to support its dynamic Real Estate and Finance practice. The Transactional Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of complex commercial transactions, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, asset-backed finance matters, UCC filings, and structured finance transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. This role offers exposure to high-profile transactions, direct collaboration with respected attorneys, and the opportunity to build deep expertise in sophisticated corporate and finance matters. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
• Prepare, review, and manage transaction documents and closing checklists
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including title and survey review
• Prepare and file UCC financing statements and related searches
• Support asset-backed finance and structured finance transactions, including preparation of closing binders and organizational documents
• Coordinate closings, track deliverables, and maintain transaction databases
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, title companies, and other third parties
• Organize and maintain transaction files and post-closing documentation
