An opportunity to join a fast-paced Commercial Negotiation & Execution (CNX) team supporting aviation finance transactions across leasing, trading, restructuring, OEM procurement, and capital markets.
Reporting to senior stakeholders, the person will provide high-quality administrative, coordination, and analytical support to deal teams, helping ensure transactions, approvals, invoicing, and internal processes run efficiently.
Coordinate and process legal invoices; liaise with external law firms and internal finance teams
Prepare legal cost reports, including budget vs actual analysis
Maintain key records, including approved counsel lists, engagement letters, and approval documentation
Support internal and external meetings, document execution, and corporate approvals
Assist with reporting, audits, training materials, and new joiner onboarding
Provide administrative and transaction support to Dublin-based and overseas colleagues
Assist with presentations and ad-hoc projects as required
Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
Comfortable working with numbers; good analytical and reporting capability
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills and fluent written and spoken English
Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, professional environment
Previous corporate or professional services experience is advantageous but not essential
