As a Transactions Specialist II in Deposit Review Operations (DRO) within Payment Services, you will review transaction images deposited through self-service platforms (e.g., ATMs and Mobile Quick Deposit) for negotiability criteria. You’ll use multiple computer applications to complete work in a high-production environment with defined quality and performance standards. This role requires comfort with detailed procedures, repetitive workflows, and strong focus on speed and accuracy. You’ll also have opportunities to cross-train with our Exceptions & Returns team after mastering core responsibilities.

Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Monday, 10am – 6:30pm in office and Saturday and Sunday 8am-4:30pm work from home
