As a Cash Operations Transaction Processing Specialist in the Cash Operations team, you will support day-to-day payments processing activities while helping maintain a strong control environment.
You will monitor and complete deliverables accurately and on schedule, and communicate clearly with internal partners and clients on pending items and impacts.
You will log, track, and resolve inquiries within required timeframes and escalate issues promptly when risks to service or controls arise.
You will partner with peers to adopt best practices and improve process execution and consistency.
