CharteredPartners is seeking an accomplished Transaction Services Senior Manager to join the corporate finance & advisory practice of a leading accounting firm in Singapore. In this role you will run financial due-diligence and valuation workstreams end to end, supervising engagement teams and acting as the principal day-to-day contact for clients across the deal lifecycle. The mandate spans regional mergers & acquisitions, private equity and family-office transactions, drawing on Singapore's position as a cross-border South-East Asia deal hub. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial due-diligence workstreams end to end, from scoping and data-room review through to drafting and delivering the final report to acquirers, vendors and lenders.
• Manage business valuations under International Valuation Standards, including discounted cash flow, market-multiple and net-asset approaches for transaction and reporting purposes.
• Act as the principal day-to-day client contact, coordinating with deal sponsors, legal advisers and target management throughout the transaction.
• Supervise and develop teams of executives and assistant managers, reviewing analysis, allocating work and assuring the technical quality of deliverables.
• Analyse quality of earnings, normalised working capital, net debt and key financial drivers, translating findings into clear value and risk implications.
• Support cross-border South-East Asia deals, reconciling SFRS(I) and IFRS-aligned reporting differences across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to proposals, fee estimates and scoping discussions, supporting partners and directors in winning new engagements.
• Maintain awareness of MAS and SGX requirements relevant to listed-company transactions and regulated targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A recognised professional accountancy qualification (CA Singapore, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) in good standing.
• Substantial post-qualification experience in transaction services, financial due diligence or a closely related corporate finance discipline.
• Demonstrated track record of running buy-side and sell-side due-diligence engagements from scoping to report delivery.
• Strong command of valuation methodologies and the principles underpinning International Valuation Standards.
• Fluency in SFRS(I) and IFRS, with the ability to identify and quantify reporting differences across jurisdictions.
• Excellent financial-modelling and analytical skills, including quality-of-earnings and working-capital analysis.
• Proven ability to manage, review and develop engagement teams under deal timelines.
• Confident written and verbal communication, with the judgement to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
• A working understanding of the MAS and SGX regulatory environment as it applies to transactions.
• The right to work in Singapore or eligibility to obtain the relevant work pass.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to private equity and family-office buyers across the South-East Asia region.
• Experience with cross-border deals involving multiple SFRS(I) and IFRS reporting frameworks.
• Prior work supporting SGX-listed acquirers or regulated targets under MAS oversight.
• Familiarity with sector-specialist due diligence in areas such as technology, consumer or financial services.
• Experience contributing to business development and proposal work within an advisory practice.
• A network within the Singapore and regional corporate finance community.

Compensation:

Competitive package commensurate with seniority and experience, including base, performance-based bonus, long-term incentives and (where applicable) partner-track participation.
