CharteredPartners is seeking a Transaction Services Senior Manager to join the corporate finance & advisory practice of a well-established accounting firm in Dubai. You will run financial due-diligence and valuation workstreams end to end, supervising engagement teams and serving as the principal day-to-day client contact across the deal lifecycle. The mandate is set against a growing IPO pipeline, sovereign and family-conglomerate deal flow and cross-border MENA transactions, working within the ADGM and DIFC environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial due-diligence workstreams end to end for buy-side, sell-side and lender engagements, from scoping through to report delivery.
• Manage business valuations under IFRS, including discounted cash flow, market-multiple and net-asset approaches for transaction and reporting purposes.
• Support IPO readiness and capital-markets work for DFM and ADX listings, including financial information reviews.
• Act as the principal day-to-day client contact, coordinating with sponsors, legal advisers and target management.
• Supervise and develop teams of executives and assistant managers, reviewing analysis and assuring deliverable quality.
• Analyse quality of earnings, normalised working capital and net debt, translating findings into value and risk implications.
• Address cross-border MENA deal considerations, reconciling reporting and disclosure differences across jurisdictions.
• Contribute to proposals and scoping, supporting partners and directors in winning new mandates.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) in good standing.
• Substantial post-qualification experience in transaction services, financial due diligence or a closely related corporate finance discipline.
• Demonstrated track record of running buy-side and sell-side due-diligence engagements from scoping to report delivery.
• Strong command of valuation methodologies and financial modelling under IFRS.
• Excellent analytical skills, including quality-of-earnings and working-capital analysis.
• Familiarity with ADGM and DIFC frameworks and the regional regulatory environment.
• Awareness of IPO processes on DFM, ADX or comparable regional exchanges.
• Proven ability to manage, review and develop engagement teams under deal timelines.
• Confident written and verbal communication, with the judgement to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
• The right to work in the United Arab Emirates or the ability to obtain it.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to sovereign and family-conglomerate transactions in the Gulf region.
• Experience supporting IPO readiness or capital-markets reviews in the UAE.
• A track record of cross-border MENA due-diligence engagements.
• Sector-specialist due diligence in areas such as real estate, energy, financial services or infrastructure.
• Experience contributing to business development and proposals within an advisory practice.
• A network within the regional corporate finance and investor community.

Compensation:

Competitive package commensurate with seniority and experience, including base, performance-based bonus, long-term incentives and (where applicable) partner-track participation.
