Take ownership
Your mission is to keep our users compliant to bunq's policies and the law, while investigating any potential deviations 🔎 As our Customer Guide for Compliance Operations, you will serve our users by taking ownership of:
User experience 🌱
Understanding and applying bunq's AML (Anti Money Laundering) guidelines when reviewing cases
Reviewing user transactions, including complex cases that need careful decision-making
Process improvements to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
You have an understanding of AML, EDD, and Compliance Operations topics, whether through previous experience or through your studies 📕
You have in-depth investigation & problem solving skills, and have a strong sense of ethics in line with our commitment to ethical financial practices and responsible management of our users' assets
You speak data and processes - your accuracy and attention to detail helping you communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders 👩🏻💻
You're excellent at applying a solution-based approach that puts our users first 🌱
You are an effective and quick communicator in English 💬
