Job Description

Transaction Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Schedule: Full-time, permanent; Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
Salary range: The salary range for this specific role will be €55,000 – €65,000 gross per year. (The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.)

The Transaction Manager supports the Global Capital Markets (GCM) team by managing the legal, corporate, and administrative affairs for a portfolio of clients and related entities (including SPVs). This is a senior individual contributor role (not a people manager) focused on high-quality execution of corporate transactions and consistent delivery against agreed team objectives and KPIs. The role partners closely with a Senior Manager and multiple internal and external stakeholders – including legal counsel, directors, and accounting colleagues – to deliver successful transaction outcomes. You will also contribute to client growth through strong service delivery and identification of commercial and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of GCM clients as the dedicated point of contact, ensuring strong service delivery and timely responses to client requests (targeting same-day/within 24 hours where feasible)
  • Coordinate and execute corporate transactions across the client lifecycle, including incorporations, migrations, liquidations, and closures, in line with local processes and CSC procedures
  • Review, coordinate, and support sign-off of legal and transaction documentation; liaise with legal counsel and directors to facilitate transaction closings
  • Partner with the GCM accounting team to manage and complete transaction-related financial and administrative requirements
  • Organize, prepare, and support client board meetings, including timely compilation of materials and coordination with directors and stakeholders
  • Support complex and high-value opportunities under the guidance of the Senior Manager, balancing stakeholder requirements, deadlines, and client expectations
  • Identify commercial opportunities across the client portfolio, including upsell and cross-sell ideas, and support business development initiatives to maximize growth for the GCM business line
  • Assist the Compliance team with KYC collection for clients and transaction parties in accordance with CSC internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Review client invoicing and invoice breakdowns to support accuracy, transparency, and timely resolution of client queries

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree or professional qualification in law, tax, commerce, accounting, ICSA (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a legal or financial services environment, ideally supporting corporate and/or capital markets transactions
  • Strong knowledge of the capital markets industry, including services to SPVs for financing transactions, structured finance, and securitisation
  • Strong understanding of relevant Irish/local regulations, corporate governance requirements, and industry best practices
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a proactive, service-oriented approach
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a global corporate services provider or a Global Capital Markets servicing environment
  • Experience attending or supporting Boards of Directors meetings and corporate governance processes
  • Experience supporting KYC/AML workflows for complex structures and transaction parties
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience identifying upsell opportunities and supporting client growth
  • Familiarity with KPI-driven delivery models and continuous process improvement
