Transaction & Execution Intern

32-40 hours per week, based in Amsterdam

About the Transaction & Execution department

As Transaction & Execution Legal Intern you will be part of a multidisciplinary team. The Transaction & Execution Department supports Triple Jump’s investment activities across private equity, funds, and debt transactions and works closely with investment teams and specialized support functions in the field of impact investment. As a Transaction & Execution Legal Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to international transactional legal work in a purpose‑driven organization.

Responsibilities

1) Assist the Transaction & Execution team in operational areas, such as:

· Drafting, reviewing, and administratively processing legal documents such as NDAs, waivers, and other basic agreements;

· Preparing amendments to existing loan agreements and supporting related administration;

· Supporting execution, signing, and shipment of legal documents;

· Liaising with notaries in relation to legalizations and apostilles;

2) Assisting with completion of KYC requests from third parties, including investors and investees;

3) Providing general legal and administrative support where required.

Requirements

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Master of Laws or LL.M.) in the Netherlands.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse team environment.

• Interest in impact investing, financial inclusion, and sustainable development.

• Adaptable and willing to support a range of functions, including operations, communications, and market development.

· A solid legal background and interest in transactional and international legal work;

· Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);

· Dutch and/or Spanish language skills are a strong plus;

· Residence in the Netherlands and ability to commute to the Amsterdam office at least three days per week.
