We’re looking for a Transaction Data Warehouse Operation Support Specialist to become a part of our talented team.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting our transaction data warehouse and associated business applications. You will play a key operational role in ensuring high availability, reliable daily data pipelines, and compliance. You will work closely with international teams—primarily collaborating with colleagues in Serbia—while also supporting operations across various global regions as escalated issues arise.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Core Operations & Data Processing: Oversee and manage daily transaction data processing routines, ensuring batch stability and system integrity.
• Reporting Operations: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing operational and financial reports.
• Audit & Compliance Support: Actively participate in internal and external audit procedures, providing documentation and technical support.
• User Access Management: Handle identity and access administration for supported applications in alignment with security protocols.
• On-Call Technical Support: Participate in an operational on-call rotation (weekly shifts outside standard working hours) to troubleshoot and resolve critical system incidents.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
• Solid, hands-on experience with SQL (querying, troubleshooting, and data manipulation).
• Professional working proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential due to daily international collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with MS Azure cloud services is a nice-to-have.
• Experience in creating or maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI is a nice-to-have.
• Domain experience in banking, payment processing, or financial transaction management is a nice-to-have.
• Familiarity with industry compliance standards and audit frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS) is a nice-to-have.
