Job Description

The Transaction Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the consignment process by executing detail-oriented, system-driven tasks from contract creation through auction readiness. This role ensures accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transaction data, enabling seamless operations and a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit A & Contract Creation
    • Prepare Exhibit A documents and manage contract entries across internal systems.
    • Ensure all contract details are accurate, complete, and properly recorded.
  • Asset Entry & Amendments
    • Upload and maintain asset information in the system, ensuring data integrity.
    • Process asset changes including additions, movements, and cancellations.
  • Ownership Documentation Management
    • Handle the end-to-end process of ownership documentation, including Bills of Sale and release forms.
    • Generate, send, track, and verify completion of documentation workflows.
    • Ensure compliance and readiness for auction transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Experience in transaction coordination, operations, or administrative support preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and tools
