Join our team as a Transaction Clerk where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate payment processing and invoicing for our valued customers. This position requires excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various departments and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

What you will do

• Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure transactions are ready for posting and address issues preventing posting
• Provide prompt follow-up on outstanding issues with purchases and shipments
• Provide support to other team members, including cross-training and other general office duties.
• Effectively communicate with internal management and external supplier as needed
• Works accurately and efficiently under pressure and meets deadlines
• All other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, and reliable
• Team player
• JDE experience a plus
• Ability to multi-task in priority and flexible in the area of cross training
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable environment
