We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transaction Banking Channel Manager/AVP to join our team, covering both the HK and Macau regions. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to embrace challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
Collaborate with IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Implementation teams to identify and document business requirements for cash management and trade finance systems.
Develop user stories that accurately reflect user needs and streamline product development.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Work closely with Singapore Agile squads to align project objectives and ensure effective delivery of initiatives.
Analyse and refine existing cash and trade finance products, driving improvements based on stakeholder feedback.
Manage risks associated with product implementation, ensuring that adequate backup processes and systems are in place.
Understand local regulatory requirements for Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring compliance in product offerings and processes.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Conduct market research to identify trends, industry developments, and competitive offerings that may influence product strategy.
Provide subject matter expertise and training to relevant stakeholders, enhancing their understanding of system functionalities and processes.
Design and execute commercialization campaigns to attract new customers and increase engagement with existing products.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Manager role within Cash Management or Trade Finance, with regional experience in Hong Kong and Macau.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and develop comprehensive solutions.
Proficient in collaborating with multiple internal and external parties to achieve project goals.
Solid understanding of the regulatory environment and ability to translate requirements into actionable product features.
Keen interest in emerging trends and threats to traditional banking practices.
Strong analytical mindset, capable of making sound judgments based on data and logical reasoning, while establishing effective plans and processes.
