Who is Specialist Sales and Client Solutions (SS & CS)?

Specialist Sales and Client Solutions (SS & CS) supports businesses of all sizes through Cash Management, Merchant Solutions, Customer Lifecycle Management and customer‑focused propositions, with specialist support from our Transaction Banking and Payments Technical Sales teams.

Based in either Sydney CBD or Parramatta, you’ll join a highly experienced, inclusive and supportive team with a strong coaching culture and a genuine focus on your development.

As a Transaction Banking Specialist, you’ll work in partnership with business banking clients to deliver practical, value‑adding solutions across Cash Management, CommBiz, Merchant Solutions, BPAY, Direct Debit, Corporate Cards and Partnerships. You will collaborate with relationship teams and key stakeholders, seeing the direct impact of your work on both customer outcomes and commercial success.

More specifically, you will:

• Support new‑to‑bank growth while strengthening existing relationships to help clients optimise working capital and cash flow
• Build and convert a high‑quality pipeline of transaction banking opportunities across diverse client segments
• Develop strong product expertise to create smart, innovative and customer‑centric solutions
• Work collaboratively with relationship teams to uncover opportunities, enhance portfolio performance and progress key initiatives

What are we looking for?

• Strong, hands‑on Transaction Banking experience to support your success in the role
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders in a frontline or sales environment
• Knowledge of business banking payments and the payments industry (advantageous)
• A genuine client partner who listens, understands what matters and follows through with solutions
• Organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
