As an Assistant Manager, you'll work on every stage of an FDD engagement, from client take-on to the final report. You will:
· Prepare the analysis and findings for the client report, helping clients make confident decisions
· Take part in client discussions and target business meetings, and work with the wider team on technical points
· Analyse complex information, spot business issues and apply your technical knowledge
· Help present conclusions and recommendations to clients, and talk through what they mean and what happens next
· Support a strong risk management culture in the team
· Contribute to the team's business development
· Look after your own development and help the people around you develop theirs
· A professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA)
· Experience in audit or another advisory service line
· Experience of applying commercial judgement
· A collaborative approach to teamwork
· Deals experience since qualifying
If you meet the essentials but not every helpful point, please still apply. We'll support you to develop the rest. We would welcome a coffee if you would like to know more.
We never settle for what is easy. We look beyond to deliver the right thing, for everyone. You'll work with leaders who are interested in you and what you bring, and we value difference. You're free to bring your whole self to work and pursue your interests inside and outside it.
Our values are purposefully driven, actively curious and candid but kind. Beyond the day job, you can get involved in secondments, charity fundraising and supporting entrepreneurs in the developing world.
We're looking for people who want to contribute, spark fresh ideas and go beyond expectations. People who want to proudly do what's right for the firm, our clients, our people and themselves.
