Organize training venues, manage schedules, and prepare materials/equipment.
Track attendance, update training databases, and issue certificates.
Support the orientation process for new hires.
Collect feedback surveys and assist in compiling training effectiveness reports.
Assist in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual sessions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 0–6 months (internships are a plus).
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel) and tech-savvy with virtual tools (Teams/Zoom).
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a willingness to learn.
Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
