Ensure processes related to Human Resources, namely attraction and selection, development and retention of people through integrated and transversal remuneration and benefits policies within the Group, to support the achievement of the objectives and strategy defined for the business, and acting in accordance with the ethics of the Group and values Couples.
1) Support in the process of identifying the training needs of Employees and in the execution of Annual Training Plans, in accordance with the business objectives, the needs expressed by the Group's Areas and the diagnosis of identified individual needs;
2) Participate in the adaptation and development of training plans adjusted to individual needs identified in the profile and functional objectives;
3) Support the development of training content, according to the identified needs and the specificities of the functions and evaluate their quality and suitability;
4) Support in the design and promotion of internal knowledge sharing and talent retention initiatives;
5) Ensure the preparation of training reports for subsequent sending to the different Areas and preparation of the respective final opinions on the results obtained;
6) Ensure the necessary logistical support for the execution of training events, in accordance with superior guidelines and the specificities of the training;
7) Participate in monitoring and evaluating the level of satisfaction of internal customers, particularly in terms of the results/impact of training actions;
8) Support the management of the pool of internal trainers, in accordance with the identified needs, and assess their compliance with the skills and certifications required for this purpose;
9) Monitor market trends by carrying out benchmarks in terms of training practices, and prepare innovation proposals for approval by the Hierarchical Superior;
10) Promote and ensure good internal practices, compliance with the guidelines of the Group Training Policy and DGERT certification principles.
