Position: Training Support Manager

Salary: £37,000

Location: Head Office – Milton Keynes

We are seeking a proactive Training Support Manager to enhance operational excellence across venues by identifying training needs, implementing development plans, and maintaining high service and operational standards. This role focuses on coaching employees, supporting management, and delivering impactful training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to influence at all levels. They will need to have capability in facilitating training sessions as well as flexibility, self-motivation, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.

About you:

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, and a tenacious approach with focus and determination to get the job done effectively.

  • It would be advantageous to have experience working in a casino with knowledge of the policies and procedures.

  • Experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role in a customer-facing environment.

  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to analyse training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.

  • Excellent planning, organising, and multitasking abilities.

  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

  • A valid driver's license for travel to various locations would be advantageous.

As part of the team you will:

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.

  • Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) to enhance training content.

  • Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a strong learning culture across the organisation.

  • Assist in the creation and enforcement of operational policies related to compliance and venue excellence.

  • Provide feedback and coaching to teams, supporting their growth and development.

  • Troubleshoot operational challenges where required and provide training support.

  • Develop and maintain training resources, including manuals, handouts, and eLearning content.

  • Facilitate engaging workshops, assessment days, and learning sessions.

  • Coordinate training sessions, scheduling venues, preparing materials, and ensuring logistical needs are met.

  • Respond to and manage training enquiries from employees and subject matter experts.

  • Assist in the testing, rollout, and continuous improvement of eLearning modules.
