Job Description

The Training Support Administrator will play a crucial role in coordinating and organizing training sessions. They will work closely with the training team to ensure all necessary arrangements are made, from booking venues and equipment to managing catering and transportation. This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a seamless training experience.

• Schedule training sessions and notify all relevant parties.
• Manage training room bookings and ensure all equipment and requirements are met.
• Send pre-course information to delegates and managers.
• Allocate staff to training groups for repeated sessions.
• Prepare and print training materials, including handouts.
• Order training supplies and maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers.
• Arrange lodging and transportation for training events.
• Assist with training course setup and cleanup.
• Maintain training records, files, and personnel documents.
• Support the creation of staff manuals and obtain training certificates for new joiners.

• Administrative or office support experience, preferred but not essential.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
