· Pillar Ownership: Serve as an active member of the site Education & Training (E&T) Pillar, taking direct ownership of key Essential Elements (such as Knowledge Capture and Knowledge Transfer) to drive the site toward MSE Gold maturity.
· Onboarding Frameworks: Develop, monitor, and continuously improve the site's associate onboarding programs, including structured New Hire Orientation and the critical 30-60-90 day tracking processes.
· Skills Matrix & Gap Analysis: Maintain, audit, and analyze the site Skills Matrix. Proactively identify technical skills gaps, plan targeted training sessions, and deliver solutions to bridge these gaps using standard site continuous improvement tools (FMOS, MSE).
· Compliance & Audit Readiness: Coordinate with Safety, Quality, and Value Stream teams to ensure 100% regulatory and program compliance across all training programs, maintaining robust documentation for internal and external audits.
· Digital Training Platforms: Serve as the site administrator and subject matter expert for key digital training and knowledge-sharing platforms, including POKA, Weever Training Compliance and SharePoint.
· Standard Work Documentation: Partner with site Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other proficient associates to design, update, and validate One Point Lessons (OPLs) and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
· Execution & Scheduling: Coordinate and assist in the scheduling, communication, and execution of the annual site Training Plan across virtual, classroom, and on-the-job (OJT) environments.
· Operational Alignment: Track equipment upgrades, engineering updates, and production changes to ensure all associated training documentation, Change Control Cards, and skills matrices are updated and communicated effectively.
· Continuous Improvement (CI): Lead value stream capability meetings, OPL/SWI instruction, and SME meetings. Participate in weekly FMOS CP0-CP3 routines to align training with daily operational goals. Influence CP script updates to include capability aspects.
· High School Diploma or GED.
· 4+ years of training, operations, or technical coordination experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with digital manufacturing systems or training databases.
· Demonstrated experience coordinating training cycles (assessing needs, developing materials, planning, and evaluating training effectiveness).
· Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and site leadership.
· Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related technical field.
· 5+ years of training or instructional coordination experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing, CPG, or highly regulated production environment.
· Deep experience with digital manufacturing software (such as POKA) or NEXUS systems.
· Practical understanding of Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) methodologies or lean manufacturing principles.
