About The Position
The Training Supervisor – Maintenance is responsible for the development and delivery of primarily, but not limited to –Technician, Electrician, Machinist, and/or Welding Repairman training for the Fossil, CTG, Hydro, and Nuclear facilities' craft personnel.
*Strong mechanical background with emphasis in Pipefitting, Welding and Welding Codes is preferred.*

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and provide excellent customer service. The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio. Ability to make decisions and use independent judgement
Additional Information
Travel and work outside of normal hours may be required. After preliminary review, selected applicants must take the First Line Supervisor test and obtain a recommended status in order to be eligible for this position. Ameren’s selection process includes a series of interviews and may require a demonstration of performance skills.
Compensation Range:
$88,500.00 - $137,200.00
At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
