Training Supervisor

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm EST

Your role on the team:

• Develops training plans and processes to be implemented by Training Coordinators
• Monitors training activities to ensure all weekly scheduled training is conducted
• Develops metrics to evaluate training effectiveness; modifies training content or delivery method to
  meet training objectives
• Develops new training programs when needed, such as related to Value Added Services
• Compiles report to management of training statistics with recommendations for successful training activities
• Supervises employees including: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints
  and resolving problems

What you need:

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant training experience in warehouse; or an equivalent combination of
  education and experience
• Knowledge of safety compliance for operating equipment
• PC literate to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Ability to partner with subject matter experts to better understand warehouse equipment and create training materials

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to conduct training classes for audiences at all levels of the organization
• Ability to develop, write and proof training materials
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills
