
General Summary:
Based in the West Trenton, New Jersey corporate office and reporting to the designated Department Administrator, the Trainer is responsible and accountable for evaluating current business needs and practices, identifying target audience needs, and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. The Trainer will also be responsible for training departmental technology solutions and associated business processes. This position requires the Trainer to work closely and communicate regularly with management teams for the respective area, as well as other team members and departments within NJM, as needed. Creating learning solutions with compelling course content that enhances retention, growth and development of staff will be a key focus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Hours Either 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Once fully trained, this position will be hybrid with three days in the office and two days working remotely. Additional on-site days may be required on occasion based upon business need.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
Pay Range: $88,176-$102,463
