
Training Specialist - Lifeline

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven specialist to support training and education efforts for all Lifeline team members. This role serves as the first point of contact for new employees on day one of orientation and provides essential support across all three education divisions: ALS/BLS, Critical Care, and Paramedic/EMT programs. With a strong emphasis on systems fluency, data management, compliance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration, the Training Specialist plays a key role in preparing every new Lifeline team member to succeed.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for this position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
3–5 years of relevant experience required.
Requires excellent presentation and training skills.
EMS background (EMT or higher) strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
Experience with video recording and basic video editing is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage detailed records, compliance reports, and data systems with accuracy is preferred
Strong computer fluency across multiple platforms required; experience with scheduling or education management systems is preferred.
