Job Title

Training SpecialistThe Onboarding and Training Specialist responsible for empowering BAU team members and leaders to perform effectively and efficiently by equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and understanding of approved processes, internal SLAs, objectives, and client KPIs.

About the Role:

  • Deliver system, process, and onboarding training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required for their roles.
  • Develop, maintain, and update training materials, user guides, handouts, and process documentation to support learning initiatives.
  • Partner with team leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs, facilitate refresher sessions, and support the rollout of new or revised processes.
  • Monitor and assess the performance and training progress of new joiners during probation, providing feedback and recommendations for development.
  • Support talent development initiatives by managing training records, tracking employee skills and career progression, and generating training and performance reports as needed.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, or supporting employee onboarding and development initiatives.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience creating training materials and reports.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
