Responsibilities include managing onboarding and laboratory training. Work collaboratively with leadership and supervisor to develop training modules, technical training programs and procedures that support corporate objectives and comply with best business practices for operations staff and goals. Help to implement defined training programs to promote workforce productivity, stability and development. Developing systems for work processes within the group; all duties to be performed in an accurate and efficient manner, with the highest level of quality with ability to work independently. Trains other training specialists and may serve as system administrator for electronic training system.

Position is a full time Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.
