
Delivers and facilitates training to groups, managers, external customers and/or on-the-job (one-on-one) training. Topics primarily relate to operational training, processes, procedures and technologies. Provides guidance and assists in the design and development of training programs and preparation of training materials. Conducts evaluations of training and provides follow-up training to trainees as needed. Recommends training tools and formats. Works with managers and employees to identify methods of improving employee performance.

PAY RANGE:
Actual compensation decision relies on the consideration of internal equity, candidate’s skills and professional experience, geographic location, market and other potential factors. It is not standard practice for an offer to be at or near the top of the range, and therefore a reasonable estimate for this role is between $56,700 and $80,700.
