Purpose of Position

職務の目的

The Training Solution Manager is primarily responsible for promoting and selling BSI’s products and services to the new and existing clients via BSI’s Enterprise Training Solutions (ETS), an optimised training programme uniquely designed, developed and delivered to help the clients progress forward in the most effective way. This role is responsible for identifying and managing key accounts and sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client business needs and drivers, to perform consultative selling and establish a tailored-made ETS programme that meet the clients’ training needs on people development to drive sustainable performance and growth.

トレーニング・ソリューション マネージャーは、主にBSIのエンタープライズ・トレーニング・ソリューション（ETS）を通じて、新規および既存顧客に対するBSIの製品・サービスの販売促進を担当します。ETSは、顧客が最も効果的な方法で前進できるよう独自に設計・開発・提供される最適化されたトレーニングプログラムです。本職務は、主要顧客と販売機会の特定・管理、顧客のビジネスニーズと推進要因に対する深い理解の構築を担当し、コンサルティング型販売を実施するとともに、人材開発における顧客のトレーニングニーズを満たすオーダーメイドのETSプログラムを確立し、持続可能な業績と成長を推進します。

Sales Process

• Lead and manage the BSI strategic business growth on ETS.
• Establish network and relationship with the key accounts (especially BSI certified clients) to nurture bigger business potential and eventually be converted into sales closed won.
• Proactively interact with existing training customers to explore opportunities in converting transactional training sales into ETS contracts.
• Identify new prospects to grow the BSI ETS customer base through targeted approaches to generate sales revenue in line with new business targets.
• Execute BSI sales process to investigate, explore and understand customer needs to package BSI’s training services in ETS approach.
• Collaborate with both system cert and training salesperson in providing the needed ETS sales support whenever needed.
• Routinely review sales pipelines in ensuring the achievement of monthly sales and revenue target.
• Ensure strict compliance to the Group Impartiality and Compliance Procedures related to training sales.
• Report periodically on ETS progress against target in the country/region/global meetings.
• Perform any others sales related activities as directed by the Training Business Manager.

• 新規見込み顧客を特定し、ターゲットを絞ったアプローチを通じてBSI ETS顧客基盤を拡大し、新規事業目標に沿った売上収益を創出する。
• BSI販売プロセスを実行し、顧客ニーズを調査・探索・理解した上で、BSIのトレーニングサービスをETSアプローチでパッケージ化する。
• システム認証部門およびトレーニング営業担当者と連携し、必要に応じて必要なETS販売サポートを提供する。
• 月次売上・収益目標達成を確保するため、販売パイプラインを定期的に見直す。
• トレーニング販売に関連するグループの公平性およびコンプライアンス手順への厳格な遵守を確保する。
• 国/地域/グローバル会議において、目標に対するETS進捗状況を定期的に報告する。
• トレーニングビジネスマネージャーの指示に基づき、その他の販売関連業務を遂行する。
• システム認証およびトレーニング営業担当者と連携し、必要に応じて必要なETS販売サポートを提供する。
• 販売パイプラインを定期的に見直し、月次販売目標および収益目標の達成を確保する。

Sales Tools

• Manage potential through account and opportunity management to develop solid sales pipeline. Produce accurate sales forecasts in a timely manner.
• Effective use of price book and tools to propose ETS products and services.
• Use relevant sales/marketing collateral to illustrate how a range of BSI training products meet identified customer needs.
• Accurately record sales and order information in the CRM (Salesforce).

• アカウント管理と商談管理を通じて潜在顧客を管理し、確固たる営業パイプラインを構築する。正確な売上予測をタイムリーに作成する。
• 価格表とツールを効果的に活用し、ETS製品・サービスを提案する。
• 関連する営業/マーケティング資料を用いて、BSIトレーニング製品群が特定された顧客ニーズをどのように満たすかを説明する。
• CRM（Salesforce）に売上情報と注文情報を正確に記録する。

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• 大学卒業又は同等の学歴
• 英語によるコミュニケーション能力（英語での会議におけるコミュニケーション、英語でのメールのやり取り等）
• TOEIC 800点以上
• 論理的、戦略的、戦術的な思考と行動力を持ち、顧客に対して、顧客のニーズに合ったソリューションを提案できる能力
• 顧客との有意義で建設的なミーティングやプレゼンテーションを論理的に行い、ビジネス上の課題を解決し、顧客のニーズを理解し、合意した結論と商業的成果を達成することができること
• 複数の意思決定者や影響者が関与する大規模で複雑な案件を管理できること
• 顧客データを用いてリスク、機会、傾向を分析、解釈、特定し、顧客の成長をサポートするための実行可能なステップを提案できること
• 明確かつ簡潔なコミュニケーションスタイルを持ち、上級のステークホルダーと話すことができること
• ISOマネジメントシステムに関する提案営業またはコンサルティングの経験があれば尚可
• ISOマネジメントシステムの認証及び研修についての知識及び経験があれば尚可
• 異なる文化や多くのタイムゾーンを越えて国際的に仕事をした経験があれば尚可
