About the Job

We are looking for a Training Project Manager to join our Learning & Development department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing training logistics, supporting new program launches, and ensuring accurate data and reporting. You will play a key role in the successful implementation of our learning and development programs by managing administrative tasks and facilitating engagement activities.

As Training Project Manager, You Will…

• Oversee and optimize the training calendar and resource allocation, including classroom reservations.
• Develop and implement onboarding and professional development plans for new and existing trainers to ensure a high standard of facilitation.
• Strategically plan and manage new and expanding program launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful implementation across the organization.
• Analyze training data and reports to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives, and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning by overseeing the design and facilitation of engaging workshops, activities, and learning events.
• Lead and mentor the L&D team, guiding administrative and logistical tasks to ensure efficient department operations.
• Present strategic reports on key L&D metrics, such as program performance, compliance with mandatory training, and other data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

As Training Project Manager, You Need…

• 2 years of combined experience in training coordination, or an L&D support role, specifically trainer onboarding.
• Project Management Experience preferred but not required.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects with varying timelines and deliverables.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly with Excel/Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with administrative tasks and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and present reports to stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with trainers, managers, and cross-functional teams.
