Job Description

Starlink Aviation is looking for Licensed M2 Technicians for an initial Learjet 45 type training, which will be held virtually. Further details to follow.

Your Role

Under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance, your role will consist of performing routine maintenance tasks scheduled by your coordinator.

You will also be responsible for post-maintenance aircraft certification and for addressing and correcting defects identified during routine inspections or reported by a flight crew after a flight.

Requirements

Required Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and operations;
• M2 License (or currently in the process of obtaining one);
• Ability to perform tasks in accordance with aircraft specifications and maintenance manuals;
• Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status;
• Eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC);
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.

• Strong communication skills (French and English);
• Reason: Technical Documentation: Procedures, technical specifications, and regulatory sign-offs are conducted in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team;
• Ability to work under pressure with strong stress management skills;
• Demonstrated flexibility to meet operational requirements;
• Strong adaptability, organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
