Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end training planning, scheduling, and booking for CSE and APPS engineers.
Coordinate with GLs, RSMs, and stakeholders to gather training requirements and onboard new joiners.
Create and maintain APPS/RSC profiles and assign training prerequisites based on curriculum requirements.
Monitor training progress, qualification compliance, and timely completion of assigned learning programs.
Manage training budgets, track training costs, and support PO, invoice, GR, and IR processes.
Coordinate training-related travel logistics, including invitations, accommodation, visas, tickets, and insurance.
Maintain training databases, qualification records, compliance reports, and monthly training dashboards.
Support business KPIs such as PROFI and T2P through effective training governance, reporting, and workforce readiness management.
