Are you passionate about empowering others and fostering exceptional customer service? We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join a world-renowned technology brand and play a key role in onboarding and upskilling customer support agents to deliver outstanding experiences.

About the Role

As a Trainer, you will design and deliver dynamic training programs to equip teams with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel. From onboarding new hires to refining the expertise of seasoned agents, your work will ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and facilitate training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
  • Conduct engaging sessions on customer service techniques, product knowledge, and operational processes.
  • Evaluate and refine training programs to ensure alignment with company goals and employee performance needs.
  • Collaborate with managers and Quality Assurance teams to identify training needs and close performance gaps.
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials, schedules, and records to ensure consistency and compliance.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as a trainer, ideally within a call center or customer service setting.
  • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and industry best practices in training.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms is a strong advantage.
