This position is responsible for providing on-the-job training covering all core processes for the Indirect Motor Vehicle Division (MVD). Schedule training and coaching sessions for employees as well as manage the training processes. Subject matter expertise to review records for pointers, driver history, and compliance, as well as research, verify, interpret update and thorough working knowledge to learn, train, and resolve all records related to Title and Registration, Driver License services and processes within the Indirect Units. Resolve issues impacting driver license and title and registration services. This position may be required to travel for state business needs.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Bachelor's Degree in an acceptable field of study from an accredited college and one year of experience in training.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
This position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job, and the following requirements apply. Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver’s license record checks. The license must be current, unexpired, and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records, and must complete all required driver training. An employee who operates a personally owned vehicle on state business shall maintain the statutorily required liability insurance (see Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R2-10-207.11).
