What awaits you?

  • You will be responsible for planning and implementing the technical training strategy aligned with BMW Group standards and business objectives.
  • You will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs across BMW, MINI, Motorrad, apprentice, and bodyshop networks.
  • You will drive training needs analysis, capability development, and structured learning pathways to enhance workforce competence and performance.
  • You will drive new product readiness by ensuring technical competency across the network ahead of vehicle launches.
  • You will support the management of training vendors, trainers, and academy resources to ensure high-quality delivery and operational efficiency.
  • You will support the evaluation and continuous improvement of training effectiveness, leveraging modern learning methods including digital and blended solutions.

What you should bring along?

  • University degree in Business Management or related discipline
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in technical training design and delivery, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level
  • Solid understanding of modern automotive technologies and systems
  • Experience in project management and implementing training programs
