Technical Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our associates, partners, and customers. This role is critical in ensuring that our workforce and external stakeholders are equipped with the technical knowledge and practical skills required to maximize the value of our test and measurement solutions. The ideal candidate will combine industrial technical expertise with strong instructional design and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development

• Design and develop comprehensive training modules covering product features and applications
• Create blended learning content (classroom, e-learning, hands-on labs, webinars).
• Regularly update training materials to reflect new product releases and industry standards.

Training Delivery

• Plan, schedule, and execute internal training sessions for employees across departments.
• Conduct external training programs for partners, distributors, and customers nationally.
• Deliver training in multiple formats: workshops, seminars, online courses, and certification programs.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with product managers, Engineering teams, and sales engineers to ensure training content is technically accurate and aligned with business goals.
• Partner with regional offices to adapt training programs to local market needs.
• Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training effectiveness.

Knowledge Management

• Develop and maintain a centralized training repository (manuals, videos, FAQs, case studies).
• Implement learning management systems (LMS) for tracking participation and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in training content.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field or master’s degree in physics, Electronics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical training, product support, or application engineering.
• Proven expertise in test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, analysers, imagers, meters, sensors, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment and travel internationally.
• Core industrial or teaching experience is an added advantage.
