?? Role Summary

The Learning Solution Architect will serve as an internal consultant to the Operations, Credit, Assurance & BM Academy, responsible for designing and delivering learning journeys for roles across these functions. The role involves close collaboration with the Academy Learning Council, business stakeholders, HR Advisory team, and external partners to co-create and execute learning solutions that build capability in operational excellence, credit underwriting, risk assurance, and branch management.

This role demands strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks, design thinking, and system thinking, with the ability to influence without authority and operate in a complex, regulated environment.

?? Key Responsibilities

?? Learning Consulting & Business Engagement

Learning Consulting & Business Engagement

  • Partner with the Academy Learning Council to identify learning needs and define strategic priorities.
  • Diagnose capability gaps using structured models and translate insights into learning journeys.
  • Co-create learning solutions with business leaders, HR Advisory, and external partners.

?? Solution Design & Development

  • Design learning journeys aligned with Kotak’s Competency Framework and strategic themes.
  • Develop and document the Learning Delivery Strategy, identifying appropriate facilitators (internal leaders or external trainers).
  • Develop and share a Program Toolkit with HR Advisory and HRPS teams, including nomination guidelines, delivery plans, and feedback mechanisms.

?? Program Execution & Delivery

  • Ensure delivery of programs through a pool of internal and external facilitators.
  • Onboard HR Advisory and HRPS colleagues with the program and toolkit for smooth nomination and execution.
  • Monitor program feedback from participants, stakeholders, and HRPS teams; iterate curriculum at pre-defined intervals.

?? Measurement & Governance

  • Provide periodic progress reports and insights to the Academy Learning Council.
  • Track learning effectiveness, engagement, and business impact.
  • Ensure alignment with Kotak’s STARTUP framework and 4C philosophy.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, and other digital platforms for content creation and data management.

?? Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in L&D, OD, or consulting roles, preferably within BFSI or a scheduled commercial bank.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and instructional design frameworks.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, learning design, and program execution.
  • Proficiency in learning technologies, generative AI tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exposure to psychometric tools (e.g., MBTI, DISC, FIRO-B) is a plus.
