In this regional role, you will work closely with departments and stakeholders to identify training needs, develop practical learning solutions, and support managers in implementing and following up on training activities.
You will play an important part in ensuring that employees have the knowledge, tools, and capabilities needed to succeed in their roles, while helping strengthen onboarding, training quality, and consistent working methods across the region.
The role suits a confident, energetic communicator who is comfortable delivering training sessions personally, facilitating groups, engaging with new people, and influencing stakeholders through collaboration, urgency, and initiative.
This is an opportunity to take on a regional role where you can make a meaningful impact on employee development, onboarding, and ways of working across Market Area Eastern Europe.
You will collaborate with colleagues across functions and countries, support business priorities, and help strengthen learning culture and capability development in the organization.
You will not be alone in this role: you will be part of a wider European training community, collaborating with other Training Managers to exchange best practices, solving challenges together, and build consistent capability across the region.
If you are motivated by developing people, improving processes, and creating practical training solutions that support business success, we would be pleased to hear from you. Apply now and join us in building strong capabilities for the future!
