HomeFirst’s People Services Division is building a proactive, trauma-informed, people-centered learning ecosystem that equips over 500 staff; hourly, managers, directors, VPs, and C-Suite to excel in their roles and deliver compassionate service to our community.
The Training Manager plays a critical leadership role in operationalizing this vision. This position manages and coaches a team of Training Coordinators, oversees execution of training delivery, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, quality, and accessibility of all training offerings. The Training Manager ensures compliance with funding requirements, enhances onboarding pathways, and supports the development of a culture of continuous learning.
