Job Description

Digitail is transforming the veterinary profession with innovative, customer-focused technology. We’re building the leading all-in-one operating system for animal hospitals, empowering veterinary teams to seamlessly manage client communication, patient data, medical records, scheduling, and billing—all in one place.

Backed by Gradient Ventures (Google’s AI fund), byFounders, Partech, New Normal, and Atomico, we’re on a mission to help veterinary professionals focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care. At the heart of everything we do is a deep love for pets and a profound respect for the people who care for them.

What You’ll Do

Program Design & Development

• Build and own a comprehensive training framework for both customers and internal teams.
• Design scalable learning paths (live, self-paced, hybrid) tailored for different veterinary roles: DVMs, techs, CSRs, and managers.
• Continuously refine training programs based on feedback, adoption data, and new product releases.
• Document playbooks, facilitator guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all training delivery.
• Participate in new product launch projects to ensure training is being built in parallell prior to launch

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Lead engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for clinics and internal teams.
• Act as the subject matter expert for our product including new feature rollouts and workflow training.
• Coach and mentor internal teams on facilitation techniques through train-the-trainer programs.

Enablement & Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams to define clear ownership between specialist-led and centralized training.
• Provide resources, facilitator tools, and repeatable frameworks to scale the team’s training capacity.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to ensure training aligns with the latest capabilities and customer needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Veterinary industry experience — ideally from a clinic, hospital group, or veterinary software company.
• Proven experience building or modernizing training programs that scale effectively.
• Strong technical aptitude — able to quickly learn, teach, and troubleshoot software workflows.
• 3+ years in training, onboarding, enablement, or education (preferably in SaaS or healthcare).
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills — you know how to make complex topics engaging and clear.
• Experience using LMS tools and measuring training success with data.
• Comfort delivering training both virtually and on-site at clinics.

Why Join Digitail?

• Shape the future of veterinary practice management at scale.
• Work with a mission-driven team backed by top investors.
• Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly culture with opportunities to grow as we scale globally.
